First Time
Instructions for On-Line Booking

To use ClubSport San Ramon’s new
on-line booking system, you will need to register yourself as a first time
user. To register yourself as a first time user, you will need to follow
only a couple of easy steps:
1. Click “Make Court Reservations Online”
.
2. In the box labeled “E-Mail Address”, enter the following
information:
Your first name, your last name, your membership number. Do not include any
punctuation or capital letters.

First name: John
Last name: Smith
Membership number: 1234

Note: For your security, all information submitted must
exactly match the information in the ClubSport database. This
includes full names, prefixes, hyphenations, punctuations, etc.

3. Click on “Log-In”
(do not attempt to enter any password at this time).
4. You will be directed to the "Create Login" page. On this
page, you will be entering passwords and e-mail addresses to be used for
future log-ins. Once this page is completed, click “Submit
Registration”. You are now ready to make reservations!
5. Once registered, you will need to enter only your email address and
password you selected.
