Dumbbells in December


Event Date:

Dumbbell Total Body Workout with Riley Ernst, Personal Trainer.

  

Four weeks in December, every Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Complimentary, no registration required. Location: 2nd Floor Fitness Department.

 

The workout is designed for efficiency. The intervals and strength training combinations are proven to tone your body. Twice a week for optimal fitness, work all of your muscles, including your arms, shoulders, legs, back and core. The program carefully pairs opposing muscle groups to ensure your body has the perfect balanced workout, and proper time for recovery.

 

Increase muscle mass. Burn more calories. Make dumbbell exercises a valuable addition to your workout routine.
