Learn techniques to improve flexibility, function and performance using your own body weight. You will be given detailed instruction and trigger point balls to take home. Our health and well being rely on our ability to understand the impact these triggers can have when released. No flexibility needed. Workshop instructor, Sallie Kinser, has studied myofascial release extensively. Her classes are light hearted and very informative!
