This event was designed with all of our wonderful members in mind, as we delve into a brand New Year. Meditation has been scientifically proven to provide deep healing for one’s Body, Mind and Spirit. With the constant roller coaster of our life, a moment of deep relaxation instantly rejuvenates us.

This FREE EVENT for Club members, will help you start the year off on the right foot.

Sign-ups will begin at the front desk on January 1st. Space is limited to the first 30 who register.

9:30-10:30am lecture #1: “Harness the Power of Integrative/Functional Medicine Principles for your Best You” with Dr. Nathalie Bera-Miller

15 minute BREAK

10:45-11:45am lecture #2: “Essential Oils 101” with Kristin Osowski

11:45am-12:45pm MEDITATION with Dr. Rashana Sharma
