It is never too early to learn the healthy habits of fitness. Juniors members, ages 13 to 21, are invited to take advantage of all that ClubSport has to offer, within the specific Junior Guidelines.
All Junior members are required to take part in the JuniorFit program. You will meet one-on-one with a ClubSport Personal Trainer to learn the fitness guidelines, safety precautions and rules of weight training. Once our staff determines you are responsible and capable of safe and healthy workouts you are free to use the fitness facilities in accordance with the Junior Guidelines. Programs also include squash and racquetball clinics, teen bootcamp classes and aquatics programming.
