- TRX Barre: Using dance moves and suspended weights, this challenging TRX class will increase your flexibility and strength.
- TRX Ultimate: The next progression in TRX Training. TRX Ultimate classes are 45-minute in length. This small group training is for participants who have previously participated in TRX Basics.
