The ClubSport San Ramon way to water exercise! These classes are designed to encourage people of all ages to utilize the buoyant qualities of water to enhance their physical fitness. It's an ideal form of exercise for anyone and increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can participate in this type of water activity.
This amazing and popular program is offered 7 days a week, year round. It is a wonderful, low impact aerobics class emphasizing range of motion, strength and flexibility. Make good friends and come enjoy our heated year round, outdoor pool.
