Tuesdays:

YOGA- 4:15-5pm, Cycle Studio

CYCLE- 6:30-7:30pm, Cycle Studio

TRX- 6:30-7:15pm, TRX Room

Thursdays:

YOGA- 4:15-5pm, Cycle Studio

Saturdays:

SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING- 11:30-12:30pm, Gym
